Meet Jon-Erik Lappano

Plan to meet Jon-Erik at the Telling Tales Festival this fall! The environmental educator, author, and creative professional has a curiosity and love for all things wild. Uncover the magic of nature that’s all around us by listening to a reading of Tokyo Digs a Garden, and then take part in some hands-on activities where kids and other nature-lovers can create their own ‘wild garden’.

Curious about where his story idea came from? In this article Jon-Erik gives us more insight into the story.

A special thank you to Groundwood Books for supplying the book prize.
