Enter the Sheree Fitch Tongue Twister Contest
Do you remember all of the fun poems and word rhymes you would repeat as a child? They can be tricky and trip up your tongue – but they are so much fun!
Sheree Fitch is fantastic with rhyming and word play – so tell us your favourite tongue twister. For an extra entry, post a video of you saying a tongue twister! You could win a family pass for the Art Gallery of Hamilton!
Amazing – watch Sheree Fitch recite There Were Monkeys in My Kitchen!
Referred to as Canada’s female Dr. Seuss, Sheree Fitch is an award-winning storyteller and author of over 30 books, including: Mabel Murple, Toes in My Nose and Other Poems, Sleeping Dragons All Around, and There Were Monkeys in My Kitchen.
To enter this special contest all you have to do is tell us your favourite tongue twister, or better yet, share a video of you attempting to recite your favourite tongue twister!
Contest runs Wednesday, August 19 from 9 am until 8 pm (EST). All comments will be entered into a random draw. There will be two winners drawn – each winner will receive one family pass for the Art Gallery of Hamilton. Good luck!
Don’t miss Sheree Fitch performing at the Telling Tales Festival on Sunday, September 20th!
